Starting Point to Geetha Bhawan, then move towards Dam road, take a left to vegetable market road , move straight you will find dam road. Take left and reach NTR statue, from there move right to hyderabad road. Continue straight till Celebrity Round about. That is your selfie point. Take a U turn, Come straight to NTR Statue, Karimnagar. This will be a manual check point. From here take right towards Ramagundam bypass road. Continue straight on this road for 60 kms, you will find a man with a giant wheel on the road that will be your selfie CP again. Take a U turn and reach to NTR statue again. From here same road from Dam to your starting point including Geetha Bhavan. Largely well paved road. Be careful with some speed breakers though.
