We do not have a refund policy. Registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable. 50 Registrations slots only. Registration closing date will not be extended at any cost.
The registration cost includes one night shared accommodation at Bittu Da Dhaba, 2 complimentary meals, drop bag facility and Marshalling service.
Drop bag must be tagged with AIR rider bib and no more than 7Kg in weight. Two complimentary meals will be provided at 1) Shahi Satluj Dhaba @154km and 2) Bittu Da Dhaba @329km .
