This is an AIR approved Brevets de Randonneurs Mondiaux (BRM) sanctioned by ACP.

Note - You need to register with AIR to receive a Rider Number before you can ride in any of the brevets.

Only after paying to AIR for membership (for the season or one time fee) you'll be able to signup for this event. Before you make the payment to us, complete your registration and mention your rider number in the payment remarks.

NOTE - You will get a mail with login details once you signup with AIR. You can use those details for registration for the event. This may take upto 72 hours but should happen earlier.

You are getting this mail since you have registered for the Anchetti 200 BRM happening this weekend. In case you choose not to ride, please cancel your registration or let us know so we wont have to wait up for you.

Registration starts - 5AM
Flagoff - 6AM

Kindly reach the start control at least 30 minutes before the flagoff so that various necessary documentation work can be completed in time.

End control is at Punjab National Bank, Opp Kaveri Emporium, MG Road with a cutoff at 7:30PM on Sunday 25th Jan.

You will be given a brevet card and cuesheet.

Please ensure that you have:

* Powerful Front light affixed to your bicycle
* Rear Red light affixed to your bicycle
* Reflective Jacket
* AIR Rider Number affixed to your bike

These items are mandatory and you will NOT be permitted to start without these items.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Also, please write your AIR Rider Number on two sheets of A5-size paper, and affix them to your bicycle. One sheet facing the front, and another sheet facing the left-hand side. A sample file has been attached for your reference. You may take the print and cut across the black line and fold across the dotted line and then laminate it. It hardly costs 20 rs overall but will last forever.

You may choose to also write down your emergency contact number, name, blood group and any other important details on the rear of the rider number sheet in case of emergency, but this is totally optional and at rider's discretion.

The end control at MG Road will be manned by Dipankar from 5pm, till 7:30pm. In case you reach early, either wait up for Dipankar or come back later to submit the ATM slips/ selfies for successful homologation.

Pawan Kumar - will be at the manned control at Thalli. You must take his signature on your brevet card for successful homologation.

Dipankar - will be the on phone volunteer at any time till the ride ends. You can contact him
a) for route confusion if any,
b) in case you decide to quit. If you are found taking any vehicle support before you have communicated your decision to quit, then it may be considered as cheating for using a vehicle support to finish the event and may lead to permanent disqualification.
c) for any other doubts and clarifications while on the ride.

Abundant Water and Food points are available on the Route. At Harohalli there is Vasu Hotel after you take the 2nd right onto Maralawadi Road at 30.6km. Lovely place! Dont miss breakfast there.

Please note that no bag-drop will be provided since this is a very short ride. So please carry your own stuff. Travel light and enjoy the most.
